Lean production is being introduced at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan
Employees of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan were trained in the course of increasing production efficiency at the Process Factory. Training using lean manufacturing tools is organized by the Regional Competence Center of the Republic of Tatarstan in labor productivity.
The aim of the training is to identify the reserves for increasing labor productivity by mobilizing human potential, eliminating losses, and optimizing production processes.
Participants in the real production process, through the introduction of improvements, without investing additional financial resources, felt the economic effect, expressed in reducing costs, increasing profits and increasing labor productivity of each employee by 2.5 times.
