A scientist from the Agrarian university subordinate to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan won a grant for state support of young Russian scientists - candidates and doctors of sciences, carrying out promising research and development in priority areas of modernization of the Russian economy in the field of "Technical Sciences". Professor of the Department of Operation and Repair of Machines at the Institute of Mechanization and Technical Service Marat Kalimullin improved the technology of potato cultivation by combining technological operations.

“To date, imported equipment significantly surpasses domestic counterparts in productivity, quality of the technological process, efficiency, while being very expensive. The current situation forces agricultural producers to purchase an entire range of mechanization equipment offered by foreign enterprises, which makes domestic agricultural production completely dependent on imports, ”the young scientist notes.

Marat Kalimullin's research is aimed at solving an important problem - improving the technology of growing potatoes by combining technological operations and developing working bodies aimed at achieving high economic results. It is intended for organizations of the agro-industrial complex working in potato growing.

The introduction of the technology will make it possible to achieve a higher economic result and replace imported agricultural machinery with domestic ones.
