The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan informs about the start of the competitive selection for participation in the training project "Farmer's School". The program is implemented by Rosselkhozbank together with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. The training will take place at the Kazan State Agrarian University.
Within the framework of the school, Rosselkhozbank prepared a program of theoretical and practical training in building an effective farm business "from scratch", as well as advanced training for entrepreneurs who have already started their business.
The Farmer's School project is aimed at helping to create new financially sustainable and profitable farms, increasing the efficiency of existing ones, developing and promoting the best business practices in the agro-industrial complex.
“Thanks to the Farmer's School project, not only new jobs will be created in the Republic of Tatarstan, but also new brands of high-quality farm products will appear,” says Lyalya Kudermetova, director of the Tatarstan regional branch of Rosselkhozbank JSC. - The course is synchronized with the Program for the Promotion of Regional Brands of the Ministry of Agriculture, and we will teach our students to work in the direction of "dairy and beef cattle", "poultry", which is the most promising and in demand in Tatarstan. "
To participate in the competitive selection, it is necessary to prepare a presentation or video in "Dairy and meat cattle breeding" or "Poultry farming" theme within the period from 12 to 27 January and send it together with the completed application to sh.fermer_rt@mail.ru. Only one project can be submitted from each participant. Competitive materials will be considered at the expert jury meetings. The winners will receive certificates for free training in the 252-hour program of professional retraining "Agribusiness" with the issuance of a standard diploma for receiving grant support.
It also provides an internship at the leading enterprises of the agro-industrial complex and at the best farms of Tatarstan, and support program participants. The start of training is scheduled for February 24, 2021.
