Minimum wage in Tatarstan were increased since January 1
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that the federal law of December 29, 2020 No. 473-FZ "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" sets the minimum wage from January 1, 2021 in the amount of 12 792 rubles per month.
The monthly wage (including taking into account incentive and compensation payments) of an employee who has fully worked the working time during this period and fulfilled the labor standards (labor duties) cannot be lower than the minimum wage.
Employers who have committed violations of labor legislation in terms of ensuring the established state guarantee for the payment of the minimum wage are brought to administrative responsibility in accordance with Art. 5.27 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
In case of violation of labor legal relations, the employee has the right to apply to the State Labor Inspectorate in the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as to the court and prosecution authorities.
