Rafael Fattakhov was appointed Deputy Minister for Engineering and Technical Support of the Agro-Industrial Complex

Rafael Fattakhov, who previously headed AlfaService LLC and proved to be a competent leader, became the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan in charge of the engineering and technical support of the agro-industrial complex. Prior to that, Rafael Makhmutovich worked in a number of other agricultural enterprises of the republic.

The Deputy Minister will be tasked with providing comprehensive mechanization and electrification of agricultural production processes, introducing new practices for the rational use and implementation of modern, advanced types of equipment and progressive technologies.
