The heads of agro-industrial enterprises were among the laureates of the competition "Leader of the Year"

120 heads of enterprises and organizations of various sectors of the economy applied for the title of "Leader of the Year". 82 nominees became laureates of the competition.

The Leader of the Year competition is a good opportunity to thank collectives and their leaders for their contribution to the economy of Tatarstan. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov announced this at the ceremony of awarding the laureates of the republican public competition. Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov also took part in the ceremony.

Rustam Minnikhanov noted that, despite the difficulties that have arisen associated with the pandemic, Tatarstan maintains a leading position in many socio-economic indicators. Large-scale programs and projects are being implemented in the republic, social and transport infrastructure is being developed.

Among the laureates who, together with their teams in 2020, provided a high performance, there are enterprises and leaders of the agricultural industry:

Rustem Nurutdinov, director of Zakamye-Agro LLC, Chistopol district, in the nomination “For successful management of a small (medium) business”.

The Zakamye-Agro enterprise is engaged in the cultivation of grain and leguminous crops, sunflower and rapeseed. There is 3975 hectares of agricultural land, incl. 3510 hectares of arable land. In 2020, the company produced 6 350 tons of grain, the yield was 30.2 c / ha. Zakamye-Agro is an efficiently managing and dynamically developing agricultural enterprise that introduces new technologies, takes a set of measures to improve soil fertility, which ensure an increase in grain yield.

Konstantin Makoveev, director of PMK LLC of the Sabinsky district, in the nomination “For digital transformation of the enterprise”.

Now PMK LLC is building a dairy complex on an area of ​​30 hectares. The construction of the facility is divided into 4 phases, each for 600 dairy cows. The construction of the dairy complex began in 2018 and is scheduled to be completed in 2021. To date, a part of the complex for 1200 dairy cows has already been completed and put into operation. Every day about 33-35 tons of high-quality milk is produced here, the average milk yield per cow is 33 liters per day. The dairy complex is fully technological: cows are milked using modern 28 Lely Astronaut 5 robots. Real-time monitoring of the milk production is carried out, the results of which are entered in the Lely T4C program (Times for Cows) and the lactation dynamics of productivity for each animal is analyzed. The use of robots for milking cows allows to receive the highest quality milk with minimal human intervention.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan thanked the heads of enterprises who, in a difficult epidemiological and economic situation, kept their jobs and did not allow mass layoffs, and also managed to avoid large foci of the disease at enterprises due to the careful attitude to their employees. “Also, a number of organizations promptly launched the production of disposable masks and other protective equipment, managed to increase the production of disinfectants. Many enterprises actively supported medical workers and the population: personal protective equipment was donated to medical institutions, ”noted Rustam Minnikhanov.

The President of Tatarstan noted that thanks to the joint work, it was possible to prevent a significant decrease in the main macroeconomic indicators. “Thanks to a professional and purposeful team, we continue to fulfill our tasks to develop the republic and improve the lives of our citizens,” he stressed.
