In all VkusVill stores in Kazan, with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Regional Regiment project was launched. Now it has become easier to please yourself with products from local farmers and manufacturers. About 100 items are presented.
VkusVill has begun negotiations with agricultural producers of Tatarstan to include their products in the chain's product line this summer. The meeting with the suppliers was held on August 13 at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov. Then the head of the Ministry noted that the task of the ministry is to help agricultural producers with the sale of products and expressed hope that the network will expand and develop in Tatarstan, attracting local producers to cooperation. The result of joint work was the opening in December of this year of the "Regional shelf" with an assortment of about 100 items.
“This is our first experience when we start selling products from local suppliers in a specific region. It is gratifying that this begins precisely with Tatarstan. The choice of assortment and manufacturers, as always, was carried out in the best traditions of VkusVill: pure and honest composition, taste and quality ", - note in the VkusVill chain of stores.
For the "Regional Shelf" store technologists have chosen various positions. Direct deliveries from local suppliers to Kazan stores helped greatly to expand the range, bypassing the usual logistics system through distribution centers. For example, they were able to put on sale desserts and bread with a shelf life of 48 hours. In the near future we are expecting new items. Negotiations for the supply of greens and vegetables from local farms are underway.
Chak-chak and other honey-nut delicacies produced in Tatarstan are already on the shelves. And, of course, the favorite of all Tatarstan people is echpochmak with duck or beef. In a classic version from local suppliers, the assortment also includes manti with beef and dumplings with potatoes from TYUBETEY UK LLC, duck breast fillets from KAUSAR.
