Today, the hero of our column "People of Labor", in which we write about ordinary people who have deserved honor and respect for their daily work, is Albert Gazizovich Khusnutdinov, who has been working as an agronomist for over 22 years.

“As I remember myself, I was next to my father in the field". At first I worked on a tractor, a combine. I graduated from the technical school in Tetyushi. Then I received a higher education in absentia. In 1995 I started to work as an agronomist. So, my 26th harvesting campaign took place on the Ibragimov and Co farm, ”recalls Albert Gazizovich.

Albert Khusnutdinov was born on March 13, 1974 in the village of Shambulykhchi, Apastovsky district of the TASSR. He loved to work on the ground since childhood.

His working day begins at dawn. Even before he goes to the farm management, he inspects all the fields. Then he discusses the state of affairs with a head of the farm. And in summer, he goes around the fields three times a day - in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening, then he conducts a mandatory analysis. But the agronomist has a more responsible period during harvesting, when the state of the fields changes every hour.

During his work at the Ibragimov and Co agricultural enterprise, the yield of grain crops has sharply increased. So, in 2019, the grain yield was 46 c / ha, 32.8 c / ha of coarse and succulent feed per 1 conv. head, produced 4602.4 tons of grain. Under his direct supervision, the farm uses an integrated system of soil cultivation, including measures for plant protection, effective use of mineral and organic fertilizers.

In every word and sentence of Albert Khusnutdinov, love for the native land, its nature, respect for the family, sincerity and simplicity is manifested. And he himself is always ready to help with a kind word, advice and deed.

“He is always ready to help fellow villagers. He knows his job thoroughly. He works, knowing all the secrets of the profession, complies with all technologies, studies advanced methods in agriculture, ”colleagues Ruzaliya Gimranova and Landysh Idrisova say about him.

But still, the main support for him is the family.

“Even when I need to leave the house at 2 am, my wife treats me to delicious tea and does not go to bed until she meets me. Thank her for that. I am also very grateful to my parents, leader Tagir Ibragimov and the team who gave me labor knowledges, ”says Albert Khusnutdinov.

In 2008, Albert Khusnutdinov, as the best agronomist, received a letter of thanks from the head of the district. In 2014, for many years of conscientious work in the system of the agro-industrial complex, he was awarded a diploma of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. And in 2020 he was awarded the title "Honored Agronomist of the Republic of Tatarstan".
