Two-time Gagarin Cup winner Evgeny Medvedev built a slaughterhouse and a processing workshop in the Spassky district that meet all modern requirements. There are also buildings and an office center worth more than 300 million rubles, new jobs. He established the production of 18 types of halal meat products: sausages and delicacies from horse meat, beef, lamb and poultry. He named his trade mark "Bulgar Halal".
The ex-hockey player of "Ak Bars" presented his products at the agricultural fair in the agro-industrial park "Kazan". We remind that the fair was visited by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov last Saturday.
Evgeny Medvedev himself says that profit is not the most important thing in such a business: “Halal is probably a way of life. It means a pretty serious base, a foundation, so I read and studied a lot about everything related to halal, there were debates on this topic ... But I decided to choose halal - this is both quality and certain aspects of life. "
This year, Evgeny Medvedev became the head of the Kaymak agricultural cooperative in the Spassky district and, thanks to the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, won a grant of 40 million rubles for the development of the material and technical base.
In the future, the ex-hockey player "Ak Bars" plans to develop and sell his products to the retail chains of Tatarstan.
