The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia noted the successes of Tatarstan in the modernization of agricultural machinery in 2020

9 December 2020, Wednesday

Today the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Russia Dzhambulat Khatuov held a meeting on the technical modernization of the agro-industrial sector. The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.

During the meeting, it was noted that in 2020 Tatarstan is leading in terms of a number of purchased equipment and programs of preferential loans and leasing of agricultural equipment.

Since the beginning of the year, about 2350 units have been purchased in Tatarstan. Agricultural machinery included 410 tractors, 187 grain and 53 forage harvesters, more than 1,700 other agricultural machines and equipment. About half of the purchased tractors (200 units) are energy-intensive, with a capacity of over 250 hp.

This year, Rosagroleasing JSC received about 1100 applications for 1176 units. 1038 agricultural machines were leased for 4.1 billion rubles, including 197 tractors, 114 harvesters, 204 vehicles and trailers for them, 523 other agricultural machines and equipment.

Thus, preferential leasing products of Rosagroleasing and the Republican program of technical re-equipment, which subsidized 40% of the cost of equipment, initial and current lease payments, gave a tangible incentive to renew the fleet of agricultural equipment.

As a result of active modernization of the technical base of agricultural enterprises, it was possible to increase the energy supply per 100 hectares of crops only in the last 5 years by 18 hp, (from 154 to 172 hp), while 8 hp. was for the current year (from 164 to 172 hp).

The modernization of production is one of the decisive mechanisms for increasing labor productivity. (Since 2015, labor productivity per 1 worker in the agro-industrial complex of the republic has increased from 1.4 million rubles to 2.2 million rubles in 2019 (+800 thousand rubles)).

Focusing on energy-rich tractors and high-performance combines, wide-coverage tillage and sowing machines allows to increase the above indicators, produce competitive products, create attractive working conditions for machine operators and pay decent wages.

The task for the coming years is to bring the power supply up to 200 hp by continuously modernizing production.
