Consumer agricultural cooperatives are a natural continuation of successful activities of farmers. It is no coincidence that in recent years, consumer agricultural cooperatives have become very popular in agricultural business - farmers unite in order to more effectively conduct business and sell their products. One of such examples is the Aksubay agricultural cooperative of the Aksubaevsky district.

In 2019, under the program of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan "Development of the material and technical base of beginning agricultural consumer cooperatives", the enterprise received a grant for 5 million rubles. The grant funds were used to purchase premises and equipment.

This is an enterprise of Shakirovs farmers from the village Starye Kiyazly. The head of the cooperative is Aizat Shakirov. He has known work in the countryside since childhood; with his brother Ilyus, he helped his parents manage the farm. He knows well the price of bread. To have an idea of the production of meat products, he studied the technology at different enterprises, delved into the nuances of production.

The production building was fully restored, expanded and renovated in accordance with the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor. The base allows the production of meat products with raw materials. Among them there are meat suppliers - shareholders and fellow farmers and villagers. Farmers produce pure, similar to homemade dumplings, cutlets, meatballs, minced meat etc.

“Shakirovs are an example of how you can achieve real success in agricultural production with a hard work and dedication. You just need to be persistent in achieving the goal, - emphasized the head of the Aksubaevsky district Kamil Gilmanov.
