A meeting of the Presidium of the Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers was held at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan
On December 3, a meeting of the Presidium of the Tatarstan Republican Trade Union Organization chaired by Farida Garifullina took place at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.
They discussed the implementation of the decisions of the VII Congress of the Trade Union of workers of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation.
The chairman of the republican organization of the Trade Union Farida Garifullina informed the Presidium members about the state of remuneration at the enterprises of the industry, and also analyzed the accidents that occurred at the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex.
During her speech, she noted the positive activities of employers and trade union organizations in creating safe working conditions at enterprises and focused on ensuring trade union control over employers' compliance with the requirements of legislative and regulatory acts on labor protection, taking measures to eliminate the causes that give rise to industrial injuries and diseases, as well as issues of interaction with the Social Insurance Fund on compulsory social insurance.
Further, at the meeting, the accountant of the republican committee of the trade union Gulnaz Shavalieva informed those present about the expected execution of the trade union budget for 2020. The Presidium considered the draft estimate of income and expenses for 2021, proposed to approve it at the next Plenum of the Republican Committee of the Trade Union.
The presidium ended with a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the competition announced by the republican committee of the trade union "The best combine operator - 2020". The participants of the competition were evaluated according to the indicator of the maximum volume of threshing and the maximum amount of mown areas. The competition also included such nominations as the combine operator - a member of the trade union, with the longest work experience and the youngest participant in the harvest with high performance indicators.

2nd place - operator of a self-propelled mower LLC "Saba" Valiev Azat Masgutovich
3rd place - operator of a self-propelled mower LLC "A / f Jalil" Nail Kyamov Timergalievich.
In the nomination "Combine operator with the biggest experience" - Nikolay Vladimirovich Poponin, a combine operator-member of the trade union PPO LLC "Nyrty".
In the nomination "The youngest participant in the harvest - 2020", the combine operator, a member of the trade union PPO LLC "Agrofirma" KAMA" Rafikov Azat Fanilovich.
The winners, as well as all the participants of the competition, were awarded certificates of honor of the regional committee of the trade union and prizes.
