The Kazan Cooperative Institute discussed issues of generating cooperative business and the state support
Last week, on the basis of the Kazan Cooperative Institute, specialists from the Competence Center for the Development of Agricultural Cooperation in the Republic of Tatarstan organized advanced training courses under the additional professional program "Generation of Cooperative Business and Its State Support". At the event, representatives of small businesses in the online format learned the basics of accounting in agricultural consumer cooperatives, as well as the processing and submitting grant applications for participation in the programs "Agrostartup", "Family Farms" and "Agricultural consumer cooperatives".
During the training, Ilnur Khabibullin, the director of the State Budgetary Institution “Center of Competence for the Development of Agricultural Cooperation in the Republic of Tatarstan,” spoke about typical business solutions for organizing entrepreneurial activities in agriculture.
The head of the information and analytical department, Ilnur Abdulmanov, spoke about the rules for submitting documents for the state support. During his speech, he dwelled on issues of monitoring measures at the federal and regional levels, the algorithm for processing and submitting grant applications (subsidies), as well as the experience of best practices of cooperative business in the republic.
“64 farmers received state support within the Agrostartup program in 2020. In the same year, 15 cooperatives and 25 family farms received grants”, Ilnur Abdulmanov said. At the end of the event, the participants were able to ask the specialists the questions they were interested in. As a result of the express course, farmers will receive qualification certificates within the program “Generation of cooperative business and its state support”.
