Tatarstan duck kazylyk Bulgaria is nominated for the "Tastes of Russia" competition

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan nominated the Tatarstan duck kazylyk Bulgaria for the first national competition of regional brands "Tastes of Russia". It is produced at the Kausar agricultural supply and marketing consumer cooperative.

 

Kazylyk Bulgaria - handmade dry-cured duck sausage. Thanks to the amazing and unusual combination of spices and the distinctive meaty taste, kazylyk has become one of the best poultry delicacies.

Duck kazylyk - selected lumpy duck breast meat in spices, which is manually stuffed into a casing and matured according to the traditional proprietary recipe for 45 days.

The production of Tatarstan duck kazylyk Bulgaria began in 2011 and follows the honed halal traditions. Product is also produced in souvenir package.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan recalls that a popular vote was organized on the Tastes of Russia website from November 19 to December 2 so you can vote for the nominee.
