The participants of the zonal practical training seminar on digitalization of dairy farming on the basis of LLC  "Embulatovo" in Buinsky district could see it themselves.

The seminar was attended by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Lenar Garipov, Deputy Head of the Main Veterinary Directorate of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Nugmanov, Head of Buinsky District Ranis Kamartdinov, heads and specialists of agricultural departments, veterinary associations, heads and specialists of basic farms from 9 regions of the republic.

As part of the plenary part of the seminar, the participants discussed the issues of increasing the economic efficiency of livestock production through the introduction of advanced technologies. They summed up the preliminary results of the implementation of digital programs in dairy farming.

Gelyus Bayazitov, Deputy Head of the State Institution of the State Agricultural Administration, presented to the participants the processes of introducing a herd management program, feeding and identifying livestock in basic farms. He noted that in six months, the herd management program was installed in 37 farms, which is 90% of the total. The operation of feed mixers with the help of feeding management programs was organized by 26 basic farms, 62% of the total.

Farm managers were also advised to review the remuneration system for farm workers and specialists. They should receive wages depending on indicators they can affect. For example, a machine operator wage depends on the accuracy of feed preparation, an inseminator wage depends on the pregnancy rate, etc. And all these indicators can be controlled through software products.

The practical part of the event took place on the territory of the Embulatovo farm, which is the base for the implementation of digital programs. Here, using the example of a farm, they showed the process of preparation and distribution of feed using the DigiHoz system, the organization of herd reproduction, the technology of raising heifers, the identification of animals and their registration in the RegAgro system.

Thanks to digital platforms, the introduction of accurate calculations of the time, quantity of feed, its quality, as well as visual support of the work being carried out, the Embulatovo farm managed to achieve an increase in quantitative and economic indicators.

- An unremarkable farm for 200 heads, but the work is organized correctly here. There is a well-structured accounting system for each link, which allows monitoring and promptly responding to any failures, as well as using available resources to improve performance, - said Lenar Garipov.
