200 best combine operators will receive 100 thousand rubles each
In August, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan announced the republican competition "Best Combine Operator - 2020", which is annually held in order to increase the prestige and popularize the combine operator profession, efficient and high-quality harvesting, as well as the effective use of the fleet of harvesting equipment in the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan.
This year, the competition committee of the Ministry has identified 200 winners at the republican and regional levels in terms of the largest harvest and the largest mowing area in the Republic of Tatarstan. Specialists will receive 100 thousand rubles each.
For the objectivity of the competition, the equipment was divided into groups by capacity. There are 4 groups in total. The first includes combines from 140 to 230 horsepower, the second - from 230 to 290 horsepower, the third - from 300 to 326 horsepower, and the fourth - from 351 to 530 horsepower. The group of self-propelled mowers includes McDon, Challenger, John Deere, New Holland, Massey Fergusson, EC-1, KSU-1, CS-200.
A total of 1,436 agricultural workers took part in the competition, including: 1298 combine operators for threshing grain and 138 machine operators for cutting grain crops.
To identify the best combine operators of the republic, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted constant monitoring. Information about the participants was published on the official website of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan and was updated throughout the harvesting campaign.
