A plan for the development of agricultural cooperation was drawn up in Agryz district
A seminar-meeting "Week of effective development and cooperation" organized by the State Budgetary Institution "Competence Center for the Development of Agricultural Cooperation in the Republic of Tatarstan" together with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan took place in the Agryz municipal district.
The head of the Agryz municipal district Azat Valeev addressed the participants of the seminar-meeting with a welcoming speech, the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Rishat Khabipov, the deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, the rector of the Russian University of Cooperation Alsu Nabieva. The workshop was moderated by Ilnur Khabibullin, director of the Center for Competence for the Development of Agricultural Cooperation in the Republic of Tatarstan.
At the event they discussed the implementation of measures for the development of small businesses and agricultural consumer cooperatives in the Agryz municipal district.
During the seminar, the results of the analysis of the resource potential of the Agryz region were presented, where the points of growth of agricultural cooperation according to the zonal principle in dairy and meat directions, prospects for the development of poultry farming, vegetable growing and fodder production were indicated.
"In order to develop agricultural cooperation in the region, first of all, it is necessary to have a sufficient number of successful rural entrepreneurs from among high-value personal subsidiary plots and peasant farms engaged in agricultural production, in particular in the direction of breeding dairy and beef cattle, vegetable growing, poultry farming and forage preparation" , - noted Ilnur Khabibullin, director of the State Budgetary Institution “Center of Competence for the Development of Agricultural Cooperation in the Republic of Tatarstan”. He recommended to intensify work on involving representatives of small businesses engaged in the production of relevant products in existing cooperatives, which will increase production volumes and in the future not resell, but process agricultural products, while increasing the income of members of the cooperative (citizens of the Agryz region). It is important to notice that these measures will also allow taking part in grant support from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan for the development of the material and technical base of agricultural consumer cooperatives, as well as receiving subsidies to support agricultural cooperation under the national project "Creating a support system for farmers and developing rural cooperation."
During the meeting, Timur Fazleev, a representative of Agrocomplex Ecoproduct LLC, suggested that the district administration establish cooperation in the collection and processing of milk by introducing modern technologies.
Head of the National Union of Beef Producers Roman Kostyuk spoke about the problems and trends in the development of beef cattle breeding in the Russian Federation in his speech, who also outlined the need to create a livestock market as a tool for the development of beef cattle breeding and agricultural cooperation in the region. Investor Rafis Salikhov has expressed a desire to become an integrator in this area of development.
Aigul Khanova, chairman of the "Musabay" of the Tukayevsky municipal district, spoke about the activities of the cooperative and offered support to farmers in development of poultry farming in the region.
A promising direction for the development of cooperation in the region is the collection and processing of herbs, berries, vegetables and fruits. Ramil Yarullin, chairman of “Zagotovitel”, shared his experience in processing and proposed on the basis of the cooperative the cultivation and production of raw materials by representatives of personal subsidiary and farms of the region.
In order to support small businesses in obtaining credit resources Lenar Khabibullin, the head of the department for work with microbusiness clients of Rosselkhozbank JSC, presented new preferential credit products to farmers and cooperatives of the region.
At the end of the event, the head of the district was presented with the book "Analysis of the resource potential of the Agryz municipal district", and the participants highly appreciated the effectiveness of the event, expressed their desire for further cooperation with the Center for the implementation of measures for the development of agricultural cooperation in the district, and prepared the plan of following meetings.
