Footballers of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan are preparing for the Sports day of civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan

On October 24, 31 and November 1, employees of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan will take part in mini-football competitions, which are held as part of the Sports day of state and municipal employees.

The team of the Ministry consisting of the head of the audit and anti-corruption work department Renat Ibragimov, the senior specialist of the first category of the audit and anti-corruption work department Azat Shaydullov, the leading specialist of the audit and anti-corruption work department Almaz Galimzyanov, the head of the legal department Ilnur Giniyatullin, the head of the milk and meat production sector of the industry development department Radis Khaibullin, leading advisor of the economic analysis and planning department Ilfir Musin, 1st category specialist of the food market development department Fanil Rakhimullin, leading specialist of the audit and anti-corruption department Almaz Ainetdinov will play with representatives of other ministries and departments of the republic.

Currently, our athletes are preparing for the competition: every Tuesday after the end of the working day, the guys go to the gym.

“The coronavirus has changed this year. But we are trying to make up for the lost time. The training is productive, first we definitely warm up, divide into teams and play, ”says Ilfir Musin, Leading Advisor of the Department of Economic Analysis and Planning.

“Football is a team sport. Cohesion and solidarity are important for the game. You need to adhere to your tactics, respect your comrades and be able to interact in a team, ”said Fanil Rakhimullin, a specialist of the 1st category of the food market development department.

“A more united and motivated team can defeat a team with stronger players. And not only in football. Team skills are extremely important for personal development, ”said Renat Ibragimov, head of the audit and anti-corruption department.

It should be noted that holding such events in the republic is very important. Indeed, thanks to sports and intellectual competitions, such character traits as strong will, determination, and the ability to make informed decisions are formed, which are important in the work of every civil servant.
