The Kukmor region is called the "Valley of Farmers". It was here that they were the first to realize the importance of the republican program for the construction of family livestock farms, organized work to provide farmers with municipal property as collateral against bank loans, and also provided organizational, material and moral support to small businesses. Farmers of the region, with the support of regional authorities and local self-government bodies, actively participate and win the competitions for grants from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan for the programs of building family farms and "Beginner Farmer".

One of these is the Agliullina peasant farm. This is an example of a family business, when not only knowledge and experience help in business, but all family members are involved in the work. Farmers are engaged in dairy and beef cattle breeding.

Fanisa's wife also heads the farm. After graduation, their son will come to work on the farm.

Fanis graduated from the Kukmor Agricultural College, and Gulchachak graduated from the Cooperative College. Having worked in different places, they came to the conclusion that there is nothing better than working for yourself. “We have kept a lot of cattle for a long time, we had five cows, and having learned in 2012 about the possibility of building a farm under the state program, ” the owners say. And they built a cowshed for 50 cows, a milking parlor under the 40/60 program. They have purchased 20 breeding heifers for 105 thousand rubles each. The total livestock of the herd was about 150 heads, of which 55 are dairy herd, which gives up to 1350 liters of milk per day.

“We have built a new farm and bought 20 heifers. Now we do not buy new animals. The farm's specialists are dealing with the issues of replenishing the livestock, carrying out insemination. The barns are constantly being cleaned, disinfected and whitewashed. In the summer, the cattle is kept in the paddock, and during warm winter days they are outdoors, ”says Fanis Agliullin.

The enterprise has its own food base. The farm is located on 200 hectares of land. Grass for forage mixture is grown on 100 hectares, perennial grasses on 50 hectares and barley on another 50 hectares.

“We try to renew our agricultural machinery fleet every year. Participation in regional state programs to support agricultural producers helps in its acquisition. In 2017, we purchased two MTZ-82 tractors for 2.5 million rubles. In 2018, the equipment was updated for another 3.6 million. Last year, we took two harvesters for 3.5 million rubles, ”says Gulchachak Agliullina.

The company reaps a good harvest from year to year. The farm strictly adheres to crop rotation and uses plant protection products.

“In the near future, we plan to expand, build a modern livestock complex for 100 heads of cattle. We will also think about expanding the food supply, ”Fanis Agliullin shares his plans for the future.
