Natural farm products of Tatarstan will be presented at the "Colors of Autumn" harvest festival
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan invites residents of Kazan and guests of the city to the "Colors of Autumn" harvest festival, which will take place from 11 to 13 September, on the Kremlin Embankment near the Palace of Farmers.
Festival participants will be able to taste dishes made from fresh and natural products and buy real farm products. Visitors will take part in contests and master classes, informative lectures and a scientific show, a concert program with the participation of cover bands and other creative teams of Kazan, tasting of farm products and much more!
The fair will showcase the products of food producers of natural products from the Volga region. Cheese and cheese desserts will be presented by the Oblovatskaya farm; sausages and meat delicacies, various types of honey can be tasted at the Shamsiev farm and Antipov farm; herbal tea, berries can be purchased from Bakchi; cedar oils, nuts, bandage products, cedar spoons and plates, cedar hygiene products, tea, dried berries will be presented by IP Yakushev; whipped cream honey with 9 flavors can be tasted at Miel; you can buy baklava, Turkish delight and takhiv halva from IE Aktash; horse sausage, kurkaza, smoked horse lard, smoked horse mane, smoked horse meat - from IP Yanglichev; you can taste and buy Camembert and Brie cheeses, made according to a French recipe by a farmer from Tatarstan, and kaymak from the Camembert brand.
One of the days of the festival will present an unusual educational action on the Kremlin embankment - "Literary jam". Specialists in blanks will tell you about the traditions associated with the production of jam, introduce you to the original recipes, according to which the sweet delicacy of the classics of Russian literature was cooked.
