7 September 2020, Monday

The chairman of the Republican committee of the trade union Farida Garifullina, in order to study about the activities of the primary trade union organizations, visited the farm of the Aktanysh region - the agricultural firm "Anyak".

“There are districts in Tatarstan where they do know how to work on the ground, one of them is Aktanysh,” says Farida Garifullina. “There are dedicated people working here, with love for their native land.”

Farida Garifullina said that there is a strong trade union organization in "Anyak", headed by Aizat Fazullin for twelve years. All workers (354 people) are members of the trade union here, wages are always paid in full and on time (the average salary is more than 29 thousand rubles). They pay great attention to labor protection, social protection and material support of agricultural workers. Not surprisingly, with such care, people work with dedication. For example, the employees of the enterprise are provided with such measures as subsidies for the purchase and construction of housing, soft loans and financial assistance on a non-repayable basis, subsidies for housing and communal services, provision of hot meals for employees of the enterprise, provision of benefits for paying for the maintenance of children in preschool institutions. The needy workers are provided with material assistance for health improvement.

Farida Garifullina thanked the director of the Anyak agricultural firm Faris Fatkhiev for the care, attentive attitude to the enterprise employees, presenting him with the Gratitude of the Chairman of the Trade Union of the workers of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation. At the end of the event, the chairman of the trade union Aizat Fazullin was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan for many years of active work in the trade union.
