3 September 2020, Thursday

Every week we write about people who, with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, develop their business in the countryside. One of these is Nasima Kamalova from the Nurlat District.

In 2015, 2019 and 2020, under the program of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan 40/60 she received state support in the amount of 791 thousand rubles. With the funds received, she purchased 2 SUZT-4,0 KHARASHA seeders, a harrow coupler with harrows, a hopper loader, a bucket and a PM disc harrow. And in 2020, she received a 40 thousand rubles subsidy from the Ministry of Agriculture to stimulate grain.

The farm is engaged in the cultivation of grain in the fields near the village of Narimanovo. Today rye is being harvested on the last hectares.

Nasima is a Kazan girl, an accountant-economist by education. Her family helps in all matters.

"She became a head of a peasant farm in 2013. She began farming on a leased land in the Aksubaevsky district, and in 2017 continued it in the Nurlat district. The desire for farming was facilitated by the fact that my father worked in agriculture all his life. I create a farm - not only to make a profit, but also to grow environmentally friendly products. On 550 hectares of sown areas we grow grain crops - rye and barley. This year the yield amounted to 38 centners per hectare. Barley harvesting is completed, less and less work is left in the rye field. Inhabitants of the surrounding villages work in the fields, "says farmer Nasima Kamalova.

“We apply microbiological fertilizers. Due to this, the bread is environmentally friendly. The prime cost of grain grown with the use of microbiological fertilizers is low and the quality is excellent. The harvest this year is not bad - rye will come out at least 35-38 centners per hectare, ”says combine operator Ivan Matveev.

For seven years of work, the young farmer had his own ideas and suggestions.

“Now I am thinking over a project to create a cooperative working with agricultural machinery. After all, not all small farms can purchase expensive equipment, and for cooperatives there are many profitable government support measures. In the near future I plan to build a grain warehouse. I hope that everything conceived will come true, because the first bold steps have already been taken, ”Nasim Kamalova shares her plans for the future.
