How the farmers of Tatarstan delighted the guests at the holiday on the occasion of the Day of the Republic
As part of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Tatarstan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic and the Day of the Republic of Tatarstan, which was attended by thousands of Kazan residents and guests of the capital, was a memorable event organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, a farmer's fair and cooperative trade.
The houses of agricultural consumer cooperatives from different regions of the republic were lined with multi-colored ornaments. The smartly dressed people looked with interest at the showcases with a large assortment of food products. Here you could buy bright red strawberries from cooperative Iceberg Zelenodolsky, a wide variety of cheeses from Vostok Nurlatsky and Navruz Tyulyachinsky, canned vegetables from the Synergy Arsky, milk, sour cream, katyk, yogurt from SPoK Faiza Muslyumovsky, honey, pollen, bee bread, propolis from " Tatar Baly " (Kukmorsky), white cabbage, cauliflower, Peking cabbage, broccoli, strawberries from the Derevnya (Almetyevsky), soup sets and vegetables from " Nizhnekamskiy" of Nizhnekamsk, onions and cabbage from "Soyuz Agro" Kaibitsky, fat carps from the farm "Akhmetsafin R.M." Bugulminsky, tutyrma, dumplings, minced meat, cabbage rolls from the "Cheremshan" Cheremshansky districts. Supported by state grants, agricultural consumer cooperatives have noticeably revived in recent years.
