The leadership of the republic assessed the progress of the harvesting campaign in the Mamadysh region
The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Mamadysh district this afternoon.
Accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, Rustam Minnikhanov inspected the fields of the region to get a picture of the progress of the harvesting campaign. On the field near the village Shemyak, the President of Tatarstan met with the heads of agricultural formations, peasant farms and heads of rural settlements of the Mamadysh municipal district.
The head of the Mamadysh municipal district, Anatoly Ivanov reported that the harvest was in full swing. To date, about 40% of grain has been harvested (total in the region is 37 thousand hectares), the average yield is 43.5 centners / ha. 62 thousand tons of grain were threshed. In the fields, two-shift work was organized for the harvesting period.
Speaking about the livestock sector, Anatoly Ivanov said that 182 tons of milk, or 28 kg per cow, are being fed in the region. In the sale of agricultural products, there has been a tendency of growth to the level of last year. The feed is also prepared in sufficient volume.
According to the operational data of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, work on sowing winter crops in the Mamadysh district has begun, in total it is planned to sow 15 thousand hectares.
The leaders of the republic also visited a private sports complex in the village Nizhny Takanysh, reconstructed by the "Prodprogramma". At the expense of the investor, the building was renovated in five months. The universal sports complex includes a large mini-football hall, a wrestling hall, a gym, and a tennis hall.
