Agrarians of Tatarstan harvested the first million tons of grain of new harvest
In Tatarstan, the first million tons of new crop grain has been threshed since the beginning of the harvesting campaign. According to the operational data of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, as of August 4, grain and leguminous crops were threshed from 253.4 thousand hectares in the republic, which is 16.8% of the harvested area of these crops.
As of this morning, 1 million 28 thousand tons of grain have been threshed in the republic with a yield of 40.6 c / ha. The Zainsky region is in the lead - there they threshed 62.8 thousand tons. The second place is taken by the Buinsky district - 59.5 thousand tons, and the third place is taken by the Tetyushsky district with 51.4 thousand tons.
Despite unfavorable weather conditions in late July and early August, harvesting operations are gradually gaining momentum. More than a quarter of the forecasted areas have been harvested in four regions. So, in Zelenodolsk region, grain crops are threshed from 33% of the harvested area, in Alkeevsky - from 29%, in Nurlatsky - from 28.6%, in Zainsky - from 27.2%.
The highest grain yield is in the Zainsky district - today it is 62 c / ha. Also among the leaders there are Tetyushsky, Sarmanovsky and Menzelinsky districts.
According to the information of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, as of the same date last year, grain and legumes were harvested from an area of 97.6 thousand hectares, 318.7 tons of grain were threshed with a yield of 32.7 centners / ha.
