By May order of the minister, a working group was created in the republic on the introduction of digital technologies in dairy farming. In 2.5 months, the herd management program was installed in 30 farms, which is 71% of the plan. Also 20 farms - that's 48% - organized the work of feed mixers through a feed management program.
The effect of the introduction of these digital technologies turned out to be very significant. This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Lenar Garipov during a meeting with the districts.
In "Severny" of the Arsk region, the use of advanced technologies allowed to increase milk production by 2.5 tons per day or by 18%, cow productivity - by 3 kg, reduce the service period of cows by 8 days, increase cow pregnancy by 5%. This contributed to an increase in cash proceeds from the sale of milk by 1.7 million rubles per month.
The farm has also started identifying livestock with unified numbers - on an ear tag and an electronic tag.
In the farm "Agrolak" of Tyulyachinsky region, technologies allowed to increase milk production by 11% with an increase in daily productivity of cows by 2.3 kg. The rates of pregnant cows in the herd also increased from 38% to 52%, which is a fairly high rate of reproduction. Control of the processes of preparation and distribution of feed made it possible to increase the accuracy of the diet up to 97%.
A feed center is being intensively built at Agrolak, which will be put into operation in the first ten days of September this year.
Another example is Vafaullin's small farm in the Yutazinsky district, which at the beginning of the year installed a herd management program, with the help of which it established reproduction processes. At the same time, 80 first-calf heifers were introduced into the main herd. The daily productivity of cows increased by 8.5 kg, the gross milk yield increased by 66%, i.e. by 2.5 tons per day, which is over 1.8 million rubles per month. At the same time, programmed feeding control for 1 month of work made it possible to save up to 1.5 tons of feed every day. The effectiveness of technology is evident!
Kyzyl Yul in Baltasinsky district for the year achieved an increase in daily milk production by 7 tons (or 38%), increasing the productivity of dairy herd by 8.7 kg. The management of the physiological state of cows and insemination allowed to increase the number of pregnant cows in the herd. The feed management program helps to control consumption and eliminate feed overruns, which saves the farm more than 3 tons of feed daily.
“The efficiency of these technologies is high and has been proven by many farms. You just need to take it into service and implement it at yours, ”Marat Zyabbarov called on.
