Tatpotrebsoyuz sets the task of effective use of block-modular points of comprehensive services for the population and automation of trade processes
During the six months of this year, the issues of the development of consumer cooperation in the Republic of Tatarstan at various levels were repeatedly discussed. In November last year and in July this year, they held the meetings with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, Chairman of the Council of the Central Union of Russia Dmitry Lvovich Zubov. These issues were regularly considered in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.
On July 28, on the basis of Tetyushsky raypo, a seminar-meeting was held with the heads of consumer cooperation organizations and specialists of the Administration of Tatpotrebsoyuz. The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Rishat Khabipov.
The practical part of the seminar began with a tour of the Severny store, where Ildar Suleimanov, the chairman of the board of the Tetyushsky District, told how the automated accounting of the trading process, packaging of goods and the sale of printed publications is held. Then, following the agenda, we visited the stores “Gastronom”, “Universam”, “Cookery”, got acquainted with the work of the distribution warehouse, the process of manufacturing products and the delivery of finished products to consumers, the organization of the work of shopping facilities and cafes in a pandemic.
The plenary part of the meeting was opened by the chairman of the board of Tatpotrebsoyuz Rashat Shaimardanov, who dwelt in detail on the indicators of consumer cooperation organizations, analyzed the shortcomings and omissions.
“The place of our event was not chosen by chance. A number of changes introduced in Russian legislation require once again to draw your attention to the need to automate business processes in all industries. Tetyushskoe raypo independently, consciously approached the implementation of the automation program, ”he addressed the heads of consumer cooperation organizations, starting his report. He emphasized that they are responsible for providing food and essential goods to residents of remote and sparsely populated areas.
“All industries require serious attention,” Rashat Shaimardanov continued his speech. For example, - ensuring the efficiency of the use of block-modular points of comprehensive services for the automation of trade processes, expanding work on the collection and processing of medicinal plants, rational use of production facilities based on modern technologies.
Ramis Khatypovich Safiullov, head of the Tetyushsky municipal district, also shared his experience of the work of the regional cooperatives. Rishat Rashitovich Khabipov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, noted the tasks of consumer cooperation for 2021-2025.
At the end of the event, Rashat Shaimardanov noted the highly organized work in the Tetyushsky District, and wished to maintain a leading position in servicing the rural population in the future.
