LLC "Avangard" is the largest agricultural enterprise in the Buinsky district, but it is famous also for friendly family crews.
Harvesting at Avangard is carried out by 32 combine harvesters. Six crews are the families.

The farm has developed measures for moral and material incentives for the participants of the harvest, organized three hot meals a day, technical assistance units.
Only grain and leguminous crops will have to be harvested here on an area of 18,000 hectares. The harvest is in full swing today. As of July 27, 2000 hectares have been threshed. The yield is encouraging: winter wheat gives 67 centners of grain per hectare, peas - 38 centners each, barley - 51 centners each. 1500 tons of seeds were filled in, 4300 tons of grain were transported to the elevator.
And yet the main grain array is still in the field. The contribution of each participant is important.
