From July 2 to 4, Tatarstan hosted the largest field-format exhibition organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, "FIELD DAY IN TATARSTAN - 2020." At the exhibition, guests could see not only new varieties of grain, sunflower and corn, but also a wide range of equipment for agricultural producers, including our Tatarstan production.
The land reclamation industry of the republic was introduced by the Director General of Tatmelioreatsiya Trust Company OJSC Rustem Sungatullin and the director of the Tatmeliovodkhoz Management FSB Mars Khismatullin.
Land reclamators of Tatarstan presented the Kazanka sprinkler machine to the general public. Since 2016, more than 100 irrigation machines that successfully operate in the fields of Tatarstan and other regions of Russia have been produced.
As the general director of Tatmelioratsiya Rustem Sungatullin said, the machine was created at the plant, based on the most advanced international experience, it is not inferior in quality and characteristics to imported analogues. At the same time, it is 30-35% cheaper, the standard length of the machine with seven sectional designs - 444 meters, irrigates more than 60 hectares of agricultural crops from one position.
The installation has special nozzles that form fine rain, which ensures uniform irrigation; there is a possibility of reverse movement - the machine can move both clockwise and in the opposite direction, regulate and alternate watering, taking into account the placement of different crops on the site.
A serious advantage is the possibility of towed movement from one hydrant to another. The machine operates at low pressures of water on the hydrant up to 3.5 atmospheres, which ensures a reduction in pressure on the pipeline and energy savings of up to 30-45%.
Field Day guests received comprehensive information on the model range of Kazanka sprinkling machines, advantages and unique features, as well as favorable conditions for financing the purchase of sprinkling machines.
As noted by the director of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia FSBI Management Tatmeliovodkhoz Mars Khismatullin, the artificial irrigation allows us to demonstrate the advantages of certain elements of cultivation technologies and varieties of crops, to exclude their dependence on the natural moisture supply and other climatic conditions. He noted that in the market of irrigation equipment there is a tendency to switch to wide-range circular-type machines that require minimal operator participation. Therefore, in recent years, circular irrigation plants have been most popular, since they are characterized by the lowest cost per hectare (the larger the radius for the circular system, the lower the cost per 1 ha). Lower requirements for water pressure in the system, as well as lower labor costs and the influence of the human factor on operation make the project cheaper.
In addition, the republic has federal and republican targeted programs for the development of land reclamation, which allow subsidizing from 70 to 90% of land reclamation costs. Such state support allows agricultural producers to recoup their costs during the year. Over 5 years, as part of the implementation of targeted programs, 260 dams and hydraulic structures were repaired, more than 15 thousand hectares of irrigated land were reconstructed, including more than 700 hectares of intensive orchards on drip irrigation laid for the development of the fruit and berry cluster.
