Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov met with participants and exhibitors of the upcoming field exhibition "Field Day in Tatarstan - 2020".
Recall that the largest open-air exhibition will be held in Laishevsky district from July 2 to 4, 2020. The upcoming event is distinguished not only by the business format, but also by the complex preparation procedure, which begins a year earlier with the sowing of winter crops. This year, guests of the event will be able to get acquainted with hundreds of new promising varieties and hybrids of crops. Among them, for example, there is a spring wheat variety of 100 years of TASSR and a new wheat variety with purple grains.
The exhibition will also present the advanced achievements of the agricultural industry of more than 140 enterprises from Tatarstan, Russia and the Republic of Belarus. As part of the business program, conferences, seminars, presentations and master classes on topical issues in the development of the agricultural sector will be held. Today, the development of expositions and the preparation of the event are in full swing.
Then Marat Zyabbarov, accompanied by the head of the Executive Committee of the Laishevsky district Ildus Zaripov, got acquainted with the activities of enterprises in the region.
25 km from Kazan, a biosphere-fish sterlet fry project is being implemented. The Head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan studied the technology of a full cycle of fish reproduction, and also examined production, wintering workshops, the construction process of the second stage of a fish farming complex for trout and open-air ponds.
"Biosphere Fish" works on the principle of a closed-loop installation of water supply, which allows to obtain and maintain a livestock of sturgeon juveniles year-round, constantly maintain optimal conditions for the growth, development and maturation of sturgeon. Modern methods of intravital production of caviar make it possible to preserve the life and health of producers, receive juveniles from the same fish repeatedly, during the whole life cycle.
Then Marat Zyabbarov got acquainted with the activities of the Egorievsky greenhouses. Here, fresh greens are grown and delivered daily to shops in the city, the republic and abroad: dill, parsley, green onions, basil, mint, radishes, etc. In retail chains, green crops can be purchased under the Summer and Global village brands. The Head of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan studied the operation of greenhouses, a packaging workshop and a logistics system, thanks to which more than a ton of fresh production is produced and shipped daily.
The final point in the minister’s route was the peasant (farm) economy of Ilnur Saetov, engaged in the cultivation of grain and oilseeds on more than 5 thousand hectares. Due to the introduction of the production cycle management system (Agrosignal) at the enterprise, the fields are processed with a minimum amount of universal agricultural equipment and labor, and the yield per 1 employee is about 12 million rubles per year. The farm also annually sows special plots with new, promising varieties of crops and introduces them into production.
