In the Nizhnekamsk region, the Business online forum of entrepreneurs “Business in new conditions” was held. The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Rishat Khabipov, the head of the Nizhnekamsk region Aidar Metshin and the deputy head of the Executive Committee of the Nizhnekamsk region Alfred Nigmatzyanov.
To date, 80 peasant farms and more than 11 thousand personal subsidiary farms, 4 agricultural cooperatives have been successfully operating in the region, they include 149 shareholders.
The meeting was opened by Rishat Khabipov. He noted that work to develop farms, private farmsteads, and increase business activity in the village should be one of the key criteria in assessing the effectiveness of municipal authorities. Such measures are necessary; they unite the farmers of the republic.
During the forum, the deputy minister briefly spoke about all existing and new measures of state support for the population.
“For 2020, all state support measures have been preserved. This year we have increased the amount of grant support for the program "Beginner Farmer" and "Agrostartup". If earlier farmers received up to 3 million rubles for dairy and meat cattle breeding, and 1.5 million rubles for other directions, then this year under the Agrostartup program the grant amount for dairy cattle and meat production increases to 5 million rubles, in other areas - up to 3 million rubles”.
Today in the republic there are 295 cooperatives. This year, 15 cooperatives in 20 areas received the reimbursement of expenses for the purchase of products worth 15 million rubles.
“An agricultural consumer cooperative is a voluntary association of citizens with the goal of selling their manufactured products to members of the cooperative at the highest price,” he said.
Rishat Khabipov explained that cooperation is an effective tool for expanding the existing economy and the productivity of its production, since together it allows to realize ideas that are unattainable alone.
