According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, from April 6, 2020, during the period of the “anti-virus” proposal launched as a support of farmers in a difficult period, 435 applications for the purchase of equipment were sent by Tatarstan residents to Rosagroleasing. In total, almost 6 thousand applications for a total of more than 35 billion rubles were received by farms from all over Russia. This is the record number of applications ever submitted to Rosagroleasing in less than two months.

The greatest activity was shown by agricultural producers of the Volga Federal District, who sent 2650 applications. At the same time, the leading regions for filing applications during the period of the anti-virus proposal were: the Republic of Bashkortostan (664 applications), the Republic of Tatarstan (435 applications) and the Saratov Region (369 applications).

Agrarians of the Central Federal District filed more than 1000 applications, agrarians of the Southern Federal District - 864 applications, and agrarians of the Siberian Federal District - 523 applications.

The unprecedented conditions of an “anti-virus” offer are an advance payment of 0%, regardless of the subject of leasing, a 1-year deferral of principal debt, a rise in price of 3%, an increase in the term of a lease agreement to 8 years, and the minimum number of documents to fill out an application. This offer is valid until June 1 and applies to the entire range of Rosagroleasing equipment.

The “anti-virus" proposal was highly appreciated as an important basis for stimulating the renewal of the equipment fleet by the country's agricultural enterprises by the first persons of the state: the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Dmitry Patrushev and the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
