The bio-products of the Bionovatik company are officially approved for use in organic agriculture
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that now the farmers of Tatarstan can use biological plant protection products, fertilizers and growth regulators of Bionovatic production. They are approved for use in organic farming.
The documentary evidence was presented by Organic Standard - one of the authoritative certification bodies in Ukraine, a member of the Council of European Organic Certification Bodies. This company also operates in Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova and Russia.
Certificates are issued for a period of one year for 7 biological products, which are included in three groups.
Group I is plant protection products:
- bioinsecticide acting ovicidally (on eggs) and on all generations of caterpillars;
- biofungicides that inhibit the development of fungal and bacterial diseases.
Group II is microbiological fertilizers:
- improving nitrogen nutrition of crops. The bacteria is able to fix atmospheric nitrogen and translate it into a form available for plants;
- increasing the bioavailability of phosphorus and potassium. Bacteria secrete organic acids, which convert forms of phosphorus and potassium that are inaccessible to plants.
The use of biofertilizers enhances root formation, plant growth, increases crop yields, and also improves soil structure and fertility.
Group III is a growth regulator. Its use increases the energy of germination of seeds, enhances the development of the root system of plants, and also stimulates their immunity against fungal, bacterial and viral diseases. In addition, this drug improves the resistance of crops to adverse weather conditions: drought, heat, cold.
The preparations of the Bionovatic group of companies are certified according to the Standard of International Accredited Certification Bodies for Organic Production and Processing, equivalent to the European Union Regulation No 834/2007 and 889/2008.
The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan recalls that from January 1, 2020, the law on organic products came into force.
