Marat Zyabbarov: Efficiency of dairy and beef cattle breeding cannot be achieved without feed centers
Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov spoke about the introduction of feed centers in Tatarstan today at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
“The effectiveness of dairy and beef cattle breeding cannot be achieved without feed centers. There are 13 modern stationary centers in the republic. Equipped with software products, feed workshops make it possible to prepare full-ration feed balanced with microelements, due to which eatability is improved, livestock productivity is increased ”, Marat Zyabbarov reported on the advantage of innovation.
The Head of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan gave an example of the Karmaly agricultural company in the Nizhnekamsk region, where the introduction of a feed center saved up to 16 million rubles a year by saving feed, freeing up equipment and gaining 400 tons of milk and 111 tons of meat. The feed center payback period was only 3 months.
“Tatarstan is a dairy republic, for further growth it is necessary to introduce feed centers everywhere. 20 new dairy complexes under construction for 27 thousand heads should be equipped with it, ”said Marat Zyabbarov.
