The issues of technical modernization were raised today at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.
“For the successful development of the economy, a systematic technical modernization of production is needed. Only thanks to the stimulation of updating, according to the 40x60 scheme, it was possible not only to restrain the drop in energy supply, but to increase by 17 hp over the past 5 years, from 154 to 171 hp per 100 hectares of crops. For more successful development, it is necessary to bring this indicator to 200 hp, ”said Marat Zyabbarov.
The head of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food also noted that the active renewal of the park also allowed to increase labor productivity per employee, over the past 5 years from 1.36 million rubles up to 2.15 million rubles respectively.
“In the process of technical modernization, the main emphasis is on powerful, high-performance tractors and combines, multifunctional tillage and sowing units, high-capacity and robotic milking plants and feed preparation centers,” the minister emphasized.
Tatarstan agribusiness organizations acquire equipment worth about 6 billion rubles annually. This year, of the 1.6 billion rubles in the technical re-equipment article, 1.4 billion rubles have already been spent. In the first quarter, new machinery and equipment worth more than 3 billion rubles was purchased, 1 billion rubles of which was through Rosagroleasing, including - 49 tractors, 22 combine harvesters and 3 forage harvesters.

The Minister said that according to the recommendations of the Government of the Russian Federation, support from both the federal and regional budgets will be provided only to domestic equipment in the future, with the exception of the absence of beet, vegetable and livestock equipment in Russia.
The Minister shared his attitude to domestic technology. Marat Zyabbarov noted that energy-saturated tractors manufactured by the St. Petersburg plant have proven themselves - K-744 from 240 to 420 hp, Rostov RSM tractors from 280 to 425 hp. However, in the small class we can’t compete without the Belarusian technicians.
Combine harvesters of the Rostselmash plant (Akros, Torum, RSM) are not inferior in productivity to foreign ones.
Forage harvesters of Rostov, Bryansk and Gomel factories KVK-800, RSM-1401 can be put on a par with Western counterparts like "Jaguar", "John Deere".
