The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan has opened accepting documents for grants for beginner farmers up to 5 million rubles. Much attention is paid to the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the agribusiness in Tatarstan. The National Project "Development of Small and Medium Enterprises" is being implemented. Today in every district there are people who have started their business with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. One of them is Bulat Galyautdinov from the village of Yambukhtino of the Spassky district. In 2016, he received a 1.5 million rubles grant under the republican program “Beginner Farmer” for growing grain crops.

“I returned to my native village, having received the profession of an agronomist at Kazan Agrarian University. And for four years now I’ve been doing my favorite thing, which I consider to be the most important thing in life. I put all my strength, knowledge, skills and experience into its development,” says Bulat Galyautdinov.

The young farmer pays great attention to the technical equipment of the agricultural machinery park. The farm has three MTZ-82 tractors, a DT-75 tractor, a T-4 tractor, a ZIL car and a Niva combine.

Last fall, the farm had already completed sowing winter rye and oats. Winter rye was sown on 110 hectares, oats - on 70 hectares. Barley will be planted soon on 50 hectares.

"Sowing this year began early and it is not worth pulling with it. As long as there is enough moisture in the soil, seeds must be added”, - says the young farmer.

From day to day, the farm should feed and harrow winter crops, each hectare of which is considered to make 100 kilograms of ammonium nitrate.

Tractor driver Askhat Karipov, sowers Farit Sadykov, Elvin Shamilov, Rail Marapov, cultivator Ilfat Karimov help the farmer to cope with such a volume of work, and Lenar Ibatov is engaged in rolling and harrowing crops. Each has its own area of work, its own task, which everyone deals with perfectly. Farmers get complexe dinners right in the field, which makes it possible to save time, which is very important during such a hot season.

It is too early to judge how this year will turn out for field workers, but people are optimistic. The main thing is diligence and the desire to work with full dedication. This is exactly how the young farmer works.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds that beginning farmers can now receive state support for starting their own business. It will be possible to use the funds of the grant for the construction of dairy farms, cattle fattening farms, sheep breeding, the maintenance of dairy goats, meat and egg poultry farms (chickens, turkeys, geese, ducks and quails), horse farms and farms for the production of commercial fish, construction of greenhouses, vegetable stores. Information on the procedure for grants and forms of documents is available on the official website of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Documents are accepted until May 19, 2020. You can consult the call center of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan by calling 8-800-444-16-70.
