Marat Zyabbarov checked the work of the Kazan Dairy Plant: 500 tons of products are produced daily and delivered to store shelves
Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov visited the Kazan Dairy Plant. The purpose of the visit was to get acquainted with the production process and the volume of manufactured products. Marat Zyabbarov, accompanied by the managing shareholder of KOMOS GROUP LLC Andrei Shutov, inspected the plant’s workshops updated during the reconstruction, got acquainted with the results of the modernization, studied the new sections and production lines, and also asked about plans for further modernization and export activities of the plant.
“Currently, the dairy site in Kazan is undergoing the second stage of modernization,” said Andrey Shutov. - After all the measures stipulated by the program, the plant will double production capacity - up to a thousand tons per day. For this purpose, two new cup and packing lines will be installed in the workshops during the year, the fermentation section will be expanded, the curd section and the ammonia refrigeration unit will be modernized. At this stage, the investment will amount to 1.9 billion rubles. ”
The volume of milk processing at the enterprise is constantly growing, so if in 2019 it was 75 thousand tons, this year it is planned to have 91 thousand tons. The products are made exclusively from raw materials of Tatarstan agricultural producers and are certified according to the Halal system. This is not only milk, but also kefir, sour-milk drinks, cottage cheese, sour cream, cream, yogurts, cheeses, butter, ice cream and much more. About 500 tons per day are smoothly produced and delivered to the shelves of the republic’s shops and in stable demand among customers.
Also during the meeting Andrei Shutov told the Minister about the activities of the holding, and in particular, about the work of two sites located in the Laishevsky and Sabinsky districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, LLC Derzhavinskaya Poultry Factory and TATMIT Agro LLC. The leaders discussed the progress in the reconstruction of regional enterprises and the necessary measures of state support.
The Derzhavinskaya poultry farm was acquired by the holding in 2018, and today the volume of investments in the restoration and launch of the enterprise amounted to 215 million rubles. Now the factory is implementing projects for the reconstruction of poultry houses, after which the gross egg production will make 140 million pieces per year.
TATMIT Agro LLC is a modern complex working with European genetics. In 2019, meat production amounted to 8.6 thousand tons. Since 2016, the company has been implementing a number of projects to modernize the complex; the forecasted investment in the development of TATMIT Agro is 186 million rubles.
In addition to discussing general issues within the meeting, the Head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Dmitry Patrushev, thanked Andrei Shutov for many years of diligent work in the agricultural industry and wished him further success in the development of agriculture.
