News from the districts: the acceptance of work plans for conducting spring field work in the Arsk district has completed

On behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, acceptance of work plans for sowing 2020 is in full swing in the republic. So, in Arsk district today they held a meeting with the agricultural enterprises of the region on conducting spring field work.

Renat Gatiyatov, head of the Arsky Department of Agriculture and Food, noted that due to weather conditions, spring field work this year may begin earlier. Therefore, preparation for sowing should be carried out in an accelerated mode.

In total, the following sowing structure is planned in the Arsk district: grain and leguminous plants - 54,300 ha, including 15 247 ha of winter crops, fodder - 53 985 ha, rapeseed - 5 061 ha, potatoes - 1 211 ha, vegetables - 643 ha, steams - 3 931 ha. In total, the area under crops in the region will be 115,200 ha, and arable land is 119,131 ha.

The managers and chief agronomists of agricultural enterprises reported about their readiness for spring field work, the structure of sown areas, the availability of seeds, plant protection products and accumulated fertilizers, as well as the state of the technology.

Particular attention at the meeting was paid to mineral fertilizers. Rail Shakirzyanov, the head of the PMO department of Arskiy USHiP, spoke about the importance of foliar application during the growing season for the crop and grain quality.

In addition, the task was set for each household with an area of ​​more than 500 hectares - to purchase a mortar unit. Its use gives 750 thousand tons of grain in the Republic of Tatarstan and saves plant protection products. Mortar nodes function effectively in the Arskiy and Buinsky districts in LLC AF Igenche and LLC Avangard.

The head of the Arsky district, Ilshat Nuriev, noted that agricultural machinery of enterprises should be ready by the end of March.

Also, last week Renat Gatiyatov organized practical training for chief agricultural engineers on familiarizing themselves with the repair of engines and fuel devices at the production site of ChelnyAgroSnab LLC and visiting workshops and sites for technical inspection, maintenance and repair of gas-filled cars in service.
