It's no secret when you start a new, unfamiliar business it is very important to get the support of the close people. Then the job is argued and success is achieved faster.

Elena Liorek from the Bugulma district is lucky. Thanks to her husband’s motivation and support, she dared to apply for a grant from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan for the development of poultry farming. Within a year, the livestock has almost 23 thousand broilers.

Documents were collected, a business plan was prepared, they were included in the Agrostartup project. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, within the framework of the National Project “Small and Medium-Sized Businesses and Supporting Entrepreneurship Initiatives”, handed over 3 million rubles to the family to implement the plan.

Elena has three children, the youngest son is only 2 months old. “When I collected the documents, I was pregnant,” says Elena. “Perhaps it was this child who gave me self-confidence and strength to overcome obstacles.”

To date, the Liorek family has acquired several old abandoned cowsheds in the village of Petrovka in the Bugulma district. So far, they are reconstructing them at their own expense. Growing broilers is not an easy process. The equipment, feed, suitable basement and the microclimate in it is needed.

Now the young mother is on maternity leave. Therefore, combining her own business and family is not difficult. Elena’s husband has been working in the poultry industry for several years now - he knows the subtleties of the matter.

In the spring, the first batch of broilers, approximately 5,000 birds, will be launched into the renovated building. The issue with the sale of products is not worth it. In Bugulma and cities nearby demand for poultry is high.

For the moment they plan to sell live poultry, but in the future, when all the premises will be repaired, they plan to build a slaughterhouse.

“It is very good that more and more young people are now striving to work for themselves, and not for someone,” said Elena. - It gives confidence and strength to move on. And thanks to the state for national projects and such support programs. If there is support - the youth will stay in the villages. ”

The Liorek family has many plans. We wish their dreams to come true.
