Since ancient times, the Tatar people have been distinguished by their great love for horses. The horse helped to plow the land, and served as a vehicle. The Tatars have the expression “AT KEN KAGYLGAN”, the literal translation is “the horse demon has infused”. This is what they say about those who cannot imagine their life without these smart, kind and devoted creatures.

Rian Zakirov, a native of the Baltasinsky district, says his family loves these animals very much. In the area every year there is less of them left. Perhaps that’s why I decided that I should try to do horse breeding myself. ”

The Agrostartup project came in handy. This project is aimed at involving the majority of the rural population in entrepreneurship, increasing its employment and income.

The Zakirov family plans to grow Russian heavy horses. To date, 30 horses have already been delivered with all the necessary documentation. By the end of the year, this figure will reach 80.

For these purposes, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan allocated him almost 4 million rubles of grant support.

The Zakirov family has been involved in meat processing and the production of sausages for several years. Accordingly, they will produce the slaughter themselves. Problems with the sale of finished products are not expected. Already, there is an agreement with retail facilities.

Rian responded very positively to the Agrostartup program: “For us young people (Rian is not even 30 years old), this is a great help. There are even guys in our village who have returned to the village from the city and are now successfully farming. ”

“We create jobs, we try to involve young people, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan helps us.” If there are real goals and a strong desire, receiving a grant is absolutely not a problem, ”concluded Rian Zakirov.

Some people are afraid of paperwork and bureaucratic delays. But these are only temporary difficulties on the way to your dream. When there is such an active, ambitious youth in the countryside, I want to believe that they will succeed, and the villages will grow and develop.
