The creation of a geo-indicator for the placement of apiaries was announced in Tatarstan

Today at the TIPKA FSBEI DPO the opening of the Tatarstan forum of beekeepers on the topic “Actual development issues and strategic decisions on the safety of beekeeping” took place. The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Lenar Garipov, Rector of the Tatar Institute of Retraining of Agribusiness Nikolay Titov, Director of the State Institution of Aquaculture and Beekeeping of the Republic of Tatarstan Faiz Dinmukhametov and other responsible persons.

An exhibition and sale of beekeeping equipment was organized in the building of the institute. Here everyone could also get acquainted with the innovations in the industry.

Lenar Garipov addressed the beekeepers of the republic with a welcoming speech.

“I am very pleased to welcome you, dear beekeepers. 10 days ago we had a training, we discussed topical issues of beekeeping. I want to express my deep gratitude to the participants of the honey festival and those who, despite everything, continue the work, ”the deputy minister said.

The plenary part of the meeting was opened by Faiz Dinmukhametov.

“According to the results of the forum, I would like to see the development of the industry in our republic. In 2019, 14713 bee colonies were registered on the territory of Tatarstan, the production of gross honey amounted to 90941 centners, ”the expert noted.

At the end of the speech, he told about measures of state support for beekeepers at the federal and republican levels, and also announced the work of the information system "Geo-pointer for the placement of apiaries and the number of bee colonies in the municipal regions of Tatarstan."

Further, the deputy head of the Main Directorate of Veterinary Medicine of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Garayev spoke about the procedure of bees certification.

According to the rules, the beekeeper must visit the District State Veterinary Association to write an application for a document, call a veterinarian at the place for the veterinary and sanitary examination, receive the signature of the veterinarian and the chief beekeeper of the district. The passport costs 160 rubles.

The forum will continue tomorrow (February 22) from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Orenburg tract 8b (the main building of TIPKA FSBEI DPO).
