On February 21, with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Main Directorate of Veterinary Medicine of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, a meeting with students of 1-4 years was held at Buinsky Veterinary College. During the meeting, information about the possibilities of internships and employment at agricultural enterprises was told by employers and representatives of agricultural enterprises of the republic.
The guests were addressed by the head of the Department of Education and Innovative Technologies of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Ruzalina Valiullina. She told the audience about measures of state support for students and young professionals.
“For children who want to return to work by their specialty in the countryside, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan has special target places. This is not only an opportunity to get higher education, but also a guarantee of employment, which today is very important for graduates. In addition, since 2014, the 50/50 Program motivated targeted training mechanism, when a student becomes a scholarship holder of an agricultural enterprise, has been revived. The essence of the program is that the student receives a worthy scholarship - 10 thousand rubles, 5 thousand of which are paid from the republican budget as part of state support for staffing the agricultural sector, and 5 thousand by the agricultural enterprise, where the student will return for employment, "said Ruzalina Valiullina.
Also, the representative of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan reminded that young professionals who came to work in the village, receive a “lifting” in amount of 150 to 300 thousand rubles and a monthly supplement for the first year of work.
