In Zelenodolsky district to the 100th anniversary of the TASSR they plan to grow 100 tons of trout
The peasant farm “Light Lake” in the Zelenodolsk district of Tatarstan plans to open the first stage of a fish farm this year. This was announced by the head of the executive committee of the Zelenodolsk district of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mikhail Afanasyev, at a joint meeting of the councils of the district and the city of Zelenodolsk.
The event was held with the participation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.
“The initiator of the project to create a fish farm is the founder of Bars Group, Timur Akhmerov. The farm plans to grow 100 tons of trout this year, ”said Afanasyev.
He also noted the active work of consumer cooperatives in Zelenodolsk district. Thus, the Indyuzhina cooperative of the Madyarov family is increasing its turnover, which motivates farmers and small personal subsidiary plots to grow poultry.
“This year, five new buildings were built. The plan is to access to the markets of China, Turkey and Iran. And in general, occupy its niche in the halal industry, ” the executive committee head emphasized.
The agro-industrial complex of Zelenodolsk district is represented by 12 agricultural enterprises, more than 30 peasant farms and over 12.9 thousand personal subsidiary farms.
