Today, students of agricultural universities gathered at the youth forum “Rural Business - Real Opportunities and Development Prospects”. The event was held as part of the Agro-Industrial Forum with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan and Kazan State Agrarian University.
“Today, at all levels of government, great attention is paid to supporting business in rural areas, self-realization of rural youth. Indeed, the successful development of the country's agro-industrial complex depends on you, ”emphasized Nail Zalakov, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The event is aimed at identifying and supporting talented young people, involving them in the process of developing and implementing business projects for rural development. So at this meeting, representatives of the Youth Association of the republic presented 2 projects.
The finalist of the Republican contest “Vverkh”, an intern of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan in the department of science, education and innovative technologies, first-year student of Kazan State Agrarian University Elina Kungurova introduced her work “Museum-workshop of beekeeping at school”. Her relatives - a couple of the Surchakov family from the dynasty of teacher-beekeepers received the Janusz Korczak medal for developing the author's beekeeping program. From childhood, she saw how honey is extracted, and took a part in this. Therefore, Elina decided to create a beekeeping museum in the Observatory School of Zelenodolsk District, where the younger generation meets with beekeepers, tastes honey and practices at the apiary in the spring and autumn.
Also the Secretary of the Youth Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, Advisor to the Chairman of the Youth Government of the Republic of Tatarstan on issues of interaction with the Republican Press and Mass Media Agency Tatmedia Alina Sysoeva was participating in the event. She came up with the project "Re-branding of social networks of the ministry", which consists in converting accounts into useful ones with a youth accent. In addition, the speaker revealed secrets for the successful posting on social networks.
Alla Abrosimova suggested one of the areas of interaction with youth through the opening of the student council at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan. So, at the end of the youth forum, an agreement was signed between the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan on the creation of a student council. Active and interested in agriculture and agricultural development are invited to join the new student self-government body.
During the event, teachers, students and graduates of agricultural universities of the republic discussed other relevant topics, asked questions, voiced problems and looked for ways to solve them.
