News from the districts: in 2019, 18 mini-farms were built in the Tukaevsky district with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan

2019 in the Tukaevsky district was declared the year of support for personal subsidiary plots. During the year, a special commission worked in the district administration, which assisted in obtaining state subsidies. It assisted the villagers in such matters as general legal issues, collecting documents, presenting the project. At the end of the year, the results of such a joint activity became visible: 18 families received a subsidy of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan in amount of 5 million 800 thousand rubles. With these funds, 18 mini-farms were built.

According to the first deputy head of the executive committee for economics and promoting entrepreneurship development, Airat Khabibullin, for the villagers who living on their farm, the most profitable is the program for building mini-farms. Owners of private households can receive a subsidy for the reimbursement of part of the costs of building dairy mini-farms. In 2020, it is planned to build 20 such mini-farms.

Valery Gakhramov from the village of Novotroitskoye is one of the participants of such a program. He received a state subsidy of 200 thousand rubles. Valery is a city guy. 10 years ago, he settled in the village. “The city is crowded, I like rural life,” he says. 5 years ago he got the idea to master the agricultural industry. And Valery Gakhramov got the first two calves.

Today there are 8 animals on the farm, 5 of them are dairy cows. In the near future Valery plans to increase its number. “I have plans to upgrade the herd and raise breeding heifers,” the young farmer shares. A large barn is built in the courtyard. With the subsidy he bought building materials. “On average, 50 liters of milk are released per day. Now they should be calving, then I hope that the volume of milk will increase, ”he continues.

Wife of Valery, Zulfiya sells milk among fellow villagers. “We have regular customers,” she says. The rest of the milk is handed over to individual entrepreneurs.

According to the young businessman, the leadership of the district and the state help a lot. “It is great that programs are running in the republic that are an aid to develop rural entrepreneurship. However, a simple villager is scared of paperwork. The district commission on this issue is a huge support, ”says the farmer.
