The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan informs agricultural producers that on November 1, Rosagroleasing changed the approach to the preferential leasing for farmers: the Park 2.0 upgrade program is being transformed into the OPT 2020 Program.
Updating fleet 2020 (OPT 2020) retains the principles of maximum availability. The rejection of regional quotas in 2019 proved to be effective - this year, all regions without restrictions were able to participate in the Update Program. This practice has been recognized as successful and will be kept. The possibility of renewal of the park with an initial contribution of 0% and an unprecedentedly low rise in price at a level below inflation (less than 3%) will last.
Every year, the upgrade program "evolves" and adapts to the needs of the industry. Updating the fleet of equipment 2020 (OPT 2020) suggests the possibility of choosing a payment schedule, which will allow synchronizing the main leasing payments with the seasonal cash flows of the country's farmers - "pay when you earn." Thus, when a farmer invests resources in sowing and harvesting, he will be able to make leasing payments in a reduced amount.
In addition, a wider range of agricultural equipment will be available to farmers, including equipment for specialized agricultural sectors.
