At the Kazan State Academy of Veterinary Medicine named after N.E. Bauman an Open Day was held
On November 9, with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, Open Door Day was held at the Kazan State Academy of Veterinary Medicine named after N. E. Bauman. On this day, graduates of schools and their parents could meet with the leadership of the educational institution, get acquainted with the areas of specialist training, faculties, departments of the academy and learn about the features of admission to the university in 2020.
The guests were met by the head of the Department of Education and Innovative Technologies of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Ruzalina Valiullina. She told the audience about measures of state support for students and graduates of the academy.
“For children who want to return to work in their specialty in the countryside after training, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan has special target places that can be obtained by contacting the Department of Agriculture and Food in the area. This is not only an opportunity to get higher education, but also a guarantee of employment, which today is very important for graduates. In addition, since 2014, the 50/50 Program motivated targeted training mechanism has been revived, when a student becomes a scholarship holder of an agricultural enterprise. The essence of the program is that the student receives a scholarship of 10 thousand rubles, 5 thousand of which are paid from the republican budget as part of state support for staffing the agricultural sector, and 5 thousand are from the agricultural enterprise, where the student will return after training for employment, ”said Ruzalina Valiullina .
Also, the representative of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan reminded that for young professionals who came to work in the village, a support in amount of 150 to 300 thousand rubles and a monthly supplement for the first year of work in the amount of the minimum wage for the basic salary are provided.
Also, as part of the meeting, they noted that the students of the academy undergo practical training in Europe and Asia. More details about this were told by 4-year students who have already completed such internship.
