Marat Zyabbarov held a meeting on the certification of fields and the introduction of digital technologies in agriculture
Today, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov held a working meeting on the implementation of the project "Digital Model of the Republic of Tatarstan".
The discussion was attended by representatives of the State Unitary Enterprise Center for Information Technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan, Federal State Institution Rosselkhoztsentr in the Republic of Tatarstan, JSC Republican Information and Computing Center, JSC Republican Agroindustrial Center for Investments and Innovations, the Main Veterinary Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan and Innopolis University.
Recall that a unified information system of the agro-industrial complex of the republic with the functional structure of digital agriculture is being introduced in Tatarstan. The project is intended for the effective use, planning and control of agricultural production stages, as well as the observation and monitoring of agricultural land.
During the discussion, Deputy Minister Ildus Gabdrakhmanov focused on the need for efficient use of arable land. To this end, large-scale work is underway to certify agricultural land and analyze crop rotation.
The specialists of Innopolis University have demonstrated the work done and the functionality of the GIS system of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan, including the space monitoring service for agricultural lands using the example of the first pilot districts.
Rafis Khabibullin, deputy director of the branch of the FSBI Rosselkhoztsentr in the Republic of Tatarstan, told about the developed services for subsequent implementation in the GIS agribusiness of the Republic of Tatarstan.
One of such systems is the AgroSemExpert information platform, which allows you to access information about the quality of seeds in the region and the republic as a whole around the clock, facilitate the search for the necessary seeds and contacts of sellers, and also monitor the progress of filling and checking the seed stock. “About 15% of the country's agronomists use the program,” added Rafis Khabibullin.
Having analyzed the material presented above, Marat Zyabbarov noted that effective management of agriculture requires complete transparency and systematic work in introducing modern tools.
Following the meeting, it was decided to develop a methodology for implementing the AgroSemExpert program among agricultural producers and the stages of further work with the GIS APK of the RT.
