On the basis of the Dairy Business Academy, training on dairy farming has begun
From October 21 to 26 on the basis of the Dairy Business Academy of the Sabinsky district there will be held the training on dairy cattle farming, organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan for the heads of the Agriculture and Food Administration.
The main expert is the candidate of agricultural sciences (Republic of Belarus) Alexander Lapotko. During the training, students will learn about the indicators of nutritional value in roughage and their chemical usefulness during the growing season of herbs. They will discuss the choice of forage crops, sowing, determination of density and harvest maturity, mowing, grinding, tamping, laying dates, sealing, consider aspects of the course of microbiological processes, silage and the appropriateness of using preservatives. And also, they will study metabolic disorders in the body of cows with improper feeding and their prevention.
The practical part of the seminar will be held at Saba LLC, where they will monitor the usefulness of feeding based on the analysis.
It should be noted that dairy cattle breeding is one of the priority areas of the Tatarstan agro-industrial complex and, thanks to the implementation by the Ministry of a range of measures to support the production and sale of milk in the republic, including the study of best practices and the regular holding of training and practical seminars, positive results are noted. Tatarstan is a confident leader in terms of milk sales among Russian regions.
