Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan: How will Tatarstan surprise visitors at “Golden Autumn - 2019”
From October 9 to 12, Tatarstan will once again take part in the Golden Autumn agricultural exhibition in Moscow. The republic will present environmentally friendly, natural products grown and produced in Tatarstan.
The features of the national Tatar cuisine will be presented by the Union of Consumer Cooperation Organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan "Tatpotrebsoyuz", with more than 100 years of work history. An exhibition, a tasting of the most delicious national dishes will be organized for the guests .
The whole variety of honey products is being prepared for the exhibition of the State Budget Institution “Management of Aquaculture and Beekeeping of the Republic of Tatarstan". A variety of honey, bee bread, pollen and wax products will be presented at the stand.
Sausages, poultry, dairy products and groceries will be brought by one of the largest agricultural holdings in Russia. Among the new products there are smoked products made on natural smoke from beech wood chips.
Pestrechinka LLC will also present chicken products. The company has been on the market for over 40 years and produces about 200 types of poultry meat products. Smoked products in poultry farms are prepared according to old recipes.
Zelenodolsk Combine, which was founded in 1957 and produces more than 80 types of products under its own brands “Very Important Cow”, “Vaskino Schastye” and “Obnimama”, will bring dairy products. “In 2019, especially for large and friendly families, we introduced a new“ family ”format for a bottle of milk - 1400 grams. Soft cottage cheese was developed and put into sale in convenient packaging - a cup, both classic and with various fillers: chocolate chips, strawberries, blueberries, cherries. The “bag” crumbly curd in the new packaging was introduced to the market.
Milk, cottage cheese, kefir, yogurt, fermented baked milk, katyk, kaymak, court and ghee will be brought by peasant farm E. Beloglazova. “Our products are made of our own raw materials according to old recipes, which allows us to revive the unforgettable taste and benefits of dairy products,” says the head of the farm.
They will present cultivated products at the exhibition: tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, eggplants, green crops, wild strawberries and blueberries - the Maisky greenhouse complex, which collects more than 42,000 tons of vegetables annually. “Maysky”, introducing modern technologies for growing vegetables, has reached the productivity of the advanced European level - 203 kg / sq.m for cucumbers per year, for tomatoes the number is 113 kg / sq. m per year.
The company "Tatspirtprom" intends to present its alcoholic beverages. The company was established in 1997 by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and has production facilities that provide the production of 11.2% of all vodka in Russia (data for 2018).
Nefis-Bioproduct JSC will present its latest innovations: soy sauce, Basil and Mint jam, Cranberry and Rosehip jam, Apricot jam, Red Currant jam, Bolognese sauce, Carbonara sauce ; Sunflower oils: oil with black garlic extract, oil with Provencal herbs extract, oil with Sicilian red orange extract, Four peppers oil and much more.
The Bionovatic company also plans to show new products at the exhibition: the only liquid bioinsecticide with a high level of damage in Russia and a herbicide destroyer. And Scientific-Production Institute Biopreparations LLC will present a unique biological product for organic compensation - the Unique Humus + biodestructor to accelerate the decomposition of crop and plant residues, straw and soil sanitation.
